The FireCG Story

We are a group of domain experts in global trade and channel promotion who has had hardcore experience across all sectors of the consumer products industry. Our knowledge and pedigree comes from decades of working with the world’s top and emerging companies which provide the world’s most important and desired consumer products. Our collective backgrounds include all phases of the modern consumer products “value chain” of manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, demand planning, trade and channel promotion, retail execution, and data and analytics. Our team and partners have experience with the worlds’ top manufacturers as well as with the most innovative technology and process consulting companies, providing a unique perspective on how to meet and exceed the business and process requirements of today’s modern consumer products companies.

FireTPM™ is the first product from FireCG, a Salesforce Partner with a mission to enhance the historically poor trade and channel promotion performance. Most important to the fundamental problem is the lack of technology that focuses on the planning of the promotion and especially supporting the role of the key account managers (KAMs). FireCG is an ISV Partner of Salesforce and has been on their App/Exchange for several years. The FireTPM™ platform is a unique and different design which was developed to place the customer Account as the core object rather than the promotion as is the case in most all other TPM applications. FireTPM™ was able to prove the design with a major consumer electronics supplier that tested the new data model, flexible functionality and workflow infrastructure achieving a 98% increase in speed and a significant reduction in the time required to implement a fully functional TPM.

Background

FireCG is a modern consumer products consulting company with strong domain expertise across all aspects of the demand chain, with special focus on Trade Promotion Management, Retail Execution, Consumer Data and Analytics, and Revenue Growth Management. Over the years, our team has managed and executed system implementations and performed ongoing technical support and functional consulting for some of the largest consumer goods companies in the world including META (Facebook), Unilever, Procter & Gamble, Anheuser-Busch (ABInBev), Church & Dwight, Starbucks, Hormel Foods, Cadbury (Mondelez), Bayer and Grupo Herdez, to name a few.

As a Salesforce ISV partner with our first TPM platform part of the Salesforce App/Exchange, we pioneered a new data model and modified the Salesforce UX to incorporate a new set of functionality and workflow that has already been proven to significantly reduce the time to implement and the cost of ownership. In early 2023, under the new FireCG brand, we have built a growing portfolio of partnerships with industry leaders and are actively building our customer base.​
